Integrative Physiotherapy is a Barrie based clinic that believes in one on one patient centred, manual therapy (hands on) approach to physiotherapy. Preya Ramdass. PT

Preya graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy in 2006. After graduation, Preya continued her educational development through advanced programs including her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and later, became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She has also completed training in Acupuncture, Pelvic Health including Urinary Incontinence & Paediatric Bedwetting, and received her certification in Integrated Dry Needling. She is currently pursuing certification for Pilates and Concussion Management.
Throughout her career, Preya has worked in various outpatient orthopaedic settings and has worked with patients of all ages. Preya prides herself on working collaboratively with her patients to ensure they receive the best care possible. Her educational background and practical experience have led her to great success in treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Her personalized approach of incorporating the use of manual (hands-on) therapy techniques, individualized exercise programs, acupuncture, dry needling, and patient education with her unique personality is what makes her an effective practitioner.
Preya and her family have lived in Barrie for over 10 years and while her practice is only 3 years new to Barrie she has spent over 6 years working in Alliston serving the residents in Simcoe County. Preya moved her practice to Barrie after realizing the need for a small clinic that prioritizes patient care and personalized treatment in her Community.
When not working, you can find her looking for ways to challenge herself. She enjoys continuing her education by taking new physiotherapy courses and taking up new hobbies like knitting and scrapbooking. But most of the time you’ll find her enjoying life with her husband and three young kids. The only thing she loves more than her amazing career is her four favourite people.

Lindsay joins Integrative Physiotherapy with over 15 years of experience in reception, customer service, and office administration. Although many of those years of experience have been with the animal side of health and wellness, she has always had a passion for health and fitness.
Lindsay has done multiple continuing education courses including Food and Nutrition course, Veterinary Assistant Certification, Polestar Anatomy and Pilates Principles and an Anesthesia and Pain Management course but for animals, so she won’t be injecting you with anything.
Lindsay also has taken on the role of rehabilitating all our orchids and making them as pretty as ever, she welcomes any orchids you may have that needs rehabilitation. lol
Lindsay is a strong advocate for physical and mental health through movement, whatever it is that keeps you moving! She is a committed member at CrossFit gym in Barrie.
Outside the office you can find Lindsay enjoying life with her 2 awesome kids and husband, creating cakes, and being active outdoors.
Rachel Puccia. PT. MSc.PT

Rachel is currently on a Maternity Leave.
Rachel graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2013. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biochemistry through Queen’s University. Throughout her education, she had a keen interest in human anatomy, which led to receiving the U of T award for highest standing in this subject.
As a physiotherapist, her goals are to empower the client to take their health and fitness into their own hands by giving them the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources. She has worked with the Canadian Armed Forces since 2014, which has allowed her to build a practice that is strong in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and acupuncture. She is very excited to be bringing this experience and knowledge back into the private practice world.
Rachel has pursued additional manual therapy and manipulation training since graduating MSc.PT, and in 2020 successfully completed her Intermediate Practical Exam through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has since gone on to complete Level 4 of the 5-level curriculum and plans to challenge the Advanced Examination for her diploma within the next year.
In addition to manual therapy, Rachel has completed courses in Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the Robin McKenzie Institute, and shoulder courses from shoulder specialist Lyn Watson. Though she treats all musculoskeletal conditions, her special interests include treating shoulder dysfunctions, ankle dysfunctions, and foot dysfunctions, including orthotic assessment and prescription.
When she isn’t in the clinic, you can find her in one of two places. She might be in the gym, as she is an avid Crossfit enthusiast, but more than likely you will find her somewhere with her horse. Rachel has been an equestrian for as long as she has been on this earth, and lives for training and travelling with her equine friends.
Anjali Patel. Physiotherapy Resident. BPT

Anjali graduated from the Charotar University of Science and Technology(CHARUSAT) in India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. She has practiced as a Physiotherapist in a Multi-specialty hospital treating various conditions including; neurological, musculoskeletal, paediatrics, and motor vehicle collisions.
Anjali also graduated from Georgian College with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions. Her education both in class and out in the community included Communications, Professional Practices, Fitness Assessment, Injury Management, Nutrition, Marketing & Entrepreneurship, Health in Diverse Populations, and Personal Training.
Anjali is a Registered Physiotherapy Resident with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Anjali has completed her ImPACT trained Certification for Concussion Management and will continue to pursue additional education in this area as well as Osteoarthritis, Manual Therapy and Acupuncture.
As a Physiotherapist, her goal is to provide the best possible patient care through education and practical experience. Anjali values educating her patients about their conditions and works collaboratively with each of them on personalized recovery goals. Anjali places great importance on using the most current manual therapy techniques along with education and a strong home exercise program.
In her spare time, Anjali enjoys cooking and making new cuisines for her family. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as they motivate her to enjoy life. She also enjoys getting to know her new community as she continues to explore the city of Barrie and all that it has to offer.
Agnetha Perlas. RMT.
Registered Massage Therapist. Acupuncture Provider & Thai Massage.
Agnetha graduated with honours from Georgian College Massage Therapy program in October of 2019. Since then, she has been treating a variety of conditions.
Agnetha has additional training in Swedish massage, Medical Contemporary Acupuncture, and traditional Thai Massage. She incorporates assessments, remedial exercises and healing touch to allow her patients to enjoy a greater quality of life.
In her spare time, she enjoys going out for nature walks, paddle boarding, and playing the piano.

Lisa is a licensed Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. She has decades of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries for all age groups and has a passion for treating chronic pain and sports injuries.
Lisa is highly dedicated to continuing education in pain management and rehabilitation, and has been involved in teaching and research.
