You do not need a doctor's referral to access physiotherapy. Please note however that some insurance companies do require a doctor's referral in order to process your claim for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for more details

No, unfortunately, our physiotherapy services are not covered by OHIP. Payments for our services can be covered by extended health benefits or paid privately.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES IF I NEED ACUPUNCTURE from my Physiotherapist?"  

No. If acupuncture is appropriate for you, it will be included as part of your physiotherapy treatment sessions. Please note, our Physiotherapy Services CANNOT be billed under your acupuncture benefits. 

Our Registered Acupuncturist/TCM practitioner is able to provide treatment that is billable under these benefits.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL TO PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANIES

YES, we offer direct billing to most insurance companies including Sunlife, Manulife, Blue Cross, Green Shield, Canada Life, and more
