Our Story

With nearly 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, my goal has always been to ensure patients feel listened to and clearly guided in their care. After having my three children, I knew I wanted to create a clinic that reflected the type of physiotherapy experience I personally valued—one focused on hands-on manual therapy, clear education, and genuine collaboration.

That vision first began as PR Physiotherapy out of my home and has grown into Integrative Physiotherapy & Wellness.

I wanted to build a space where patients receive personalized, one-on-one care without assistants, and where women in healthcare can feel empowered and supported in their careers. A clinic that feels warm, modern, and inviting—never cold or clinical. And the teal? Inspired by the calm waters of Turks and Caicos, it brings me a sense of ease and grounding. I hope it offers you that same feeling the moment you walk in.

Today, our team continues to deliver exceptional care with a preventative, whole-person approach. Every detail of this clinic was created with intention, and every patient who walks through our doors becomes part of our story.

We look forward to seeing you.

Our Services

  • Physiotherapy

We are here to help you with every step of your recovery. Our Registered Physiotherapist conducts both the assessment and treatment without the use of assistants. Our hands-on approach allows us to accurately diagnose and effectively treat our patients.

  • Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of needles into specific points in the body. Acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins – the body’s natural pain-relieving neurohormones – through the insertion of needles into specific anatomical points to encourage natural healing.

  • Dry Needling

Integrated Dry Needling (IDN) is a form of dry needling where an acupuncture needle is inserted into the muscle or near the nerve root to restore normal nerve conduction. Also referred to as Trigger Point Needling, and can help with treating chronic muscle shortening.

  • Physio PIlates

Pilates is incorporated into your physiotherapy program. Physio Pilates is a goal-oriented rehabilitation program for issues within the scope of physiotherapy and can be adapted to every individual based on their specific needs and level of ability

  • Concussion

A concussion is a type of brain injury, and several different symptoms may be reported following the injury. The most commonly reported symptom following a concussion is HEADACHE.

  • Shockwave Therapy

Radial shockwave therapy (RSWT) is a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate healing in soft tissues, tendons, and bones. At IPW, we integrate radial shockwave into our rehabilitation programs to help reduce pain, promote tissue regeneration, and restore function.

  • Massage. Therapy

Massage Therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being.

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Our registered massage therapists work with a wide variety of patients in the treatment of illness, injury rehabilitation and disability.

  • Lymphatic Drainage

Our registered massage therapist has extensive training including manual lymphatic drainage and years of experience to help you manage both chronic and acute pain and your lymphedema swelling.

  • TMJ Dysfunction

The temporomandibular joints are some of the most used joints in the body, being used when you talk, eat, yawn, and kiss. TMJ dysfunction can result in jaw and mouth pain, headaches, and difficulty opening and closing your mouth. TMJ can also be referred to as Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD).
