Physiotherapy
Our licensed physiotherapists have completed extensive post-graduate training and begin every visit with a thorough biomechanical assessment to identify the true source of your pain — not just the symptoms.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment technique that involves the insertion of a very thin and flexible needle into a shortened muscle in order to help it relax, loosen and function better.
Shockwave
Radial shockwave therapy (RSWT) is a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate healing in soft tissues, tendons, and bones.
Acupuncture & Physiotherapy
Acupuncture involves the insertion of sterile, single-use filiform needles into specific anatomical points to modulate pain and facilitate tissue healing. Stimulation of these points promotes the release of endogenous opioids and influences neuromuscular and circulatory function.
Physio Pilates
Physio Pilates promotes balanced strength, improved body awareness, enhanced performance, and injury prevention.
This goal-oriented rehabilitation program is tailored to your individual needs and ability level.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
The pelvic floor muscles form a supportive "basket" at the base of the pelvis, playing a key role in bladder and bowel function, core stability, and sexual health. When these muscles aren’t functioning optimally, they can contribute to a range of symptoms, including pain, heaviness, and incontinence.
Perimenopause/Menopause
Physiotherapy can help support women through menopause by addressing changes such as joint pain, muscle loss, and reduced bone density. Through individualized exercise programs focusing on strength, bone health, mobility, and pelvic floor function, physiotherapy helps women stay active, manage symptoms, and maintain overall health during this stage of life.
Osteoporosis & Osteopenia
Osteoporosis is a condition marked by low bone density and the weakening of bone tissue, which increases the risk of fractures. Nutrition and regular exercise are crucial in maintaining strong, healthy bones. Since osteoporosis can result from various causes, it’s essential to understand all the factors that impact bone health and take control of the ones you can influence.
BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)

Because of trauma, infections, or simple again the canaliths can become detached from the utricle and collect within the semicircular canals.

Lymphedema Management
Lymphedema (lim-fa-dee-ma): a lifelong health condition caused by a build-up of lymph fluid in the tissues, leading to swelling (edema), pain, discomfort, and the risk of infection.
Some people are born with lymphedema due to a defect in the lymphatic system. Other people develop lymphedema as a result of damage to their lymphatic system, for example, trauma, injury, a burn, or, most commonly, as a result of treatment for some cancers.

Physiotherapy plays a vital role in helping breast cancer patients manage shoulder recovery and prevent common post-treatment complications.

Compression Socks
Compression socks help improve circulation by gently supporting the veins in the legs, which can reduce swelling, fatigue, and discomfort. Medical-grade compression socks are often recommended for conditions such as varicose veins, swelling, or during pregnancy and recovery, while performance-grade compression socks are commonly used during exercise or long periods of standing or travel to support circulation and reduce muscle fatigue.
