Nicole graduated from Georgian Colleges, Advance Massage Therapy Program, in 2022 and is now currently pursing a Bachelor’s in Health Science through Thompson Rivers University.
Prior to her career as an RMT, Nicole worked for over a decade in healthcare as a Personal Support Worker in both home and community care and some long-term care settings, she has experience working with all age groups, and patients from different walks of life. Nicole has experience working with patients (but not limited to) post-operative patients, neurological disorders, and athletes.
Nicole's treatment style encompasses assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy techniques and remedial exercises, this allows her to discover the ‘root-cause’ of her patient’s physical dysfunction and ensure an appropriate and safe treatment is provided to her patients, to achieve the best results.
In addition to her practice, Nicole may choose to incorporate cupping, or Gua Sha (Scrapping) into her treatments. Outside of working on her Uni degree, Nicole spends up to two hours a week researching or watching webinars on various health related topics that may add to her practice.
When not in the clinic, or completing school assignments, Nicole can be found in the gym with her fiancé, going for long trail walks with her dog Dio, or watching documentaries snuggled up on the couch with her three cats.
