Our Services

Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapists are licensed and have completed extensive post-graduate training. An initial assessment at the clinic starts with a detailed bio-mechanical examination where the real cause behind the symptoms is searched out.

Our physiotherapists will explain the findings and work with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan with your goals in mind.  The treatment is conducted based on the information gathered through the initial assessment to treat the pain and improve the problem areas that lead to the pain.

Our assessment and treatments are one-on-one without the use of assistants.  We use evidence-based manual therapy and focused exercise prescription to reverse the underlying issues behind the symptoms you are experiencing.  We also utilize various modalities such as acupuncture, dry needling, and ultrasound.

Back Pain

Low Back Pain (LBP) is the most common complaint of all musculoskeletal problems, affecting up to approximately 80% of people throughout their lifetime. Education is a key component to effectively treat back pain.

Instability is usually associated with damage or problems with the meniscuses, collateral ligaments, or patella tracking.

Lymphedema Management

Lymphedema (lim-fa-dee-ma): a lifelong health condition caused by a build-up of lymph fluid in the tissues, leading to swelling (edema), pain, discomfort, and the risk of infection.

Some people are born with lymphedema due to a defect in the lymphatic system. Other people develop lymphedema as a result of damage to their lymphatic system, for example, trauma, injury, a burn, or, most commonly, as a result of treatment for some cancers.
